Sunday 4th May: Melle:
After the Church service and coffee at the Ancienne Marie, we will meet outside with our cars to drive to the campsite at Melle for a "bring your own picnic". At 2.15 Josee will lead us on a circular route that will include part of the "tree" walk, some of the old parts of Melle, and the pool where Lepers used to wash. For further details contact

Randonnée
Friday 9th May: Exoudun and Bagnault:
John and Angela Larmuth will take us for an easy walk in historic countryside, once very much a Protestant area foe growing wheat for transportation down the Sevre Niortaise in exchange for salt. There are several "pilgrims" inns in bagnault, numerous lavoirs and springs along the river. Meet at 2 pm for a 2.15 start in the car park by a large park in the centre of Exoudon (approx 12 km north of Lezay off the D45 direction La Mothe St Heray. Turn right at the signpost to Exoudun just before La Mothe. For further details contact

Services of Confirmation
Anyone wishing to be confirmed in the Autumn should contact the Chaplain as soon as possible in order to enrol for the preparation classes during the months of September and October. Confirmation will take place on 2nd November at St Leger de la martiniere by David Hamid
