The Chaplaincy Electoral Roll:
If you are not on the Chaplaincy Electoral Roll, this is a cordial invitation to you to join. The electoral roll is the register of people who are qualified to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting this year April 21 at Luxé so you have plenty of time, as the Roll only closes 2 weeks before the meeting. By enrolling you become a voting member and can exercise your democratic rights, helping to ensure that the Council, the Diocesan Synod and the General Synod of the Church are fully representative of their members. Any person entitled to attend the Annual Meeting of the Chaplaincy is also entitled to raise any questions of parochial or general church interest.
If you are already on the Electoral Roll, you dont have to do anything this year, other than perhaps urging churchgoing friends to sign up.
